The Enforcement Directorate has summoned the Bikaji Foods Managing Director in connection with the investigation into the Rajasthan Premier League. Bikaji Foods International, in a regulatory filing assured to “fully co-operate and assist” the authority in the probe. The matter relates to an ongoing investigation into the Rajasthan Premier League, organised by the Rajasthan Cricket Association.

Vodafone Idea Ltd  has approached the Supreme Court, challenging the calculation of additional AGR dues and is seeking a reassessment of its liabilities. The move comes even as the government has ruled out further relief, having already converted ₹53,000 crore of dues into equity in 2021 for a 49 per cent stake

Shree Refrigerations Ltd on Tuesday announced a strategic association with Smart Chillers Pte Ltd, the global leader in oil-free chillers, for data centre cooling solutions. Through this strategic association, SRL will bring magnetic bearing chiller technology, specially designed for mission-critical data centre applications, the company said. An initial pact in this regard was executed through Trezor Technologies Pvt Ltd, a wholly-owned SRL subsidiary, it said, adding that partnering with a leading global player like Smardt aligns with SRL’s broader growth strategy.

Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Ltd has received an LOI from a leading Private IPP for a BOS EPC package for development of a 300 MW AC / 420 MWp DC Solar PV Project, along with a 220/33 kV Pooling Substation in Rajasthan. The total value of the contract is approximately ₹415 crore, including O&M and taxes

The Voltamp Transformers promoter on Tuesday divested a 7.8 per cent stake in a heavy electrical equipment manufacturer for nearly ₹600 crore through an open market transaction. According to bulk deal data on the NSE, Kunjal L Patel offloaded a little over 7.88 lakh shares, representing a 7.8 per cent stake in Vadodara-based Voltamp Transformers. The shares were disposed of at an average price of ₹7,605.91. After the latest transaction, Patel’s holding in Voltamp Transformers has come down to 30.01 per cent from 37.80 per cent.

Embassy Real Estate Infrastructure Trust (REIT) on Tuesday termed Sterling Wilson’s claims of non-payment of dues as frivolous and false. In an exchange filing, the REIT said the claims made by Sterling Wilson since 2018, form a part of “a pattern of vexatious litigation” in an attempt to exert undue pressure. Sterling Wilson had approached SEBI with the complaints against the REIT earlier this year.



NBCC Ltd has signed an agreement with the Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA) to develop ‘Naveen Nagpur’. According to a regulatory filing on Tuesday, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between NBCC (India) Ltd and NMRDA on September 8 for the “development of Naveen Nagpur.” 

HEG Ltd informed the exchanges that its parent LNJ Bhilwara Group arm, Bhilwara Energy, on Tuesday announced acquisition of Statkraft’s 49 per cent stake in Malana Power Company. The acquisition makes Bhilwara Energy the sole owner of Malana Power, a company statement said.

LTIMindtree on Tuesday announced the renewal of its partnership with OKQ8, one of the largest fuel companies in the Nordic region. The multi-million dollar contract will see LTIMindtree continuing as a technology partner to accelerate OKQ8’s next-generation digital transformation journey, the company said in a statement.

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) , which conducted an inspection at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd’s Halol facility from June 2 to 13, has classified the facility as ‘Official Action Indicated’ (OAI), indicating that it considers the facility to be not fully compliant with regard to certain current good manufacturing practices (CGMP). The Halol facility is under Import Alert, resulting in the refusal of shipments from the facility into the US, barring certain exemptions due to drug shortage, until the facility becomes fully compliant with FDA and CGMP standards.

Mamata Machinery has secured its third consecutive order for a 9-layer blown film plant under its Co-Extrusion product segment. This is also the company’s second major export order in this product category. Valued at $1.17 million, the order has been placed by a customer based in the UAE. The plant will be commissioned for the production of high-barrier films, with delivery scheduled for Q4FY26.
