Hazoor Multi Projects Ltd has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for appointment as the contractor for user-fee collection at Krishnagiri fee plaza in Tamil Nadu, for ₹235.42 crore.

SPML Infra Ltd, in joint venture with Shree Hari Infraprojects Private Limited, has secured a ₹207.38 crore (inclusive of GST) project from the Public Health Engineering Department (PHED), Jhalawar, Rajasthan. The project, under the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) and part of the Nonera Water Supply Project, aims to strengthen water supply infrastructure across the Kota and Bundi regions. It involves comprehensive construction works along with 10 years of operations and maintenance (O&M).

Ashoka Buildcon has received a letter from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) awarding additional scope of work for the ongoing project ‘Construction of Flyover Arm-1 and Arm-2 at T-Junction on Sion-Panvel Highway, Maharashtra Nagar in M/E Ward’. The cost of the additional scope is ₹447.21 crore, including taxes.

NBCC (India) Ltd has sold 175 residential units in one tower (Iconic Tower No. 13) at Aspire Leisure Valley, Package-1, Greater Noida (West), Uttar Pradesh – Sub-Package-8 through an e-auction for a total consideration of approximately ₹485.41 crore. NBCC will earn a marketing fee of 1 per cent on the sale value.

Ceigall Malout Abohar Sadhuwali Highway Private Ltd, a subsidiary of Ceigall India Ltd, has received the Completion Certificate for its Punjab project, declaring it fit for commercial operations with effect from November 11.
