Krystal Integrated Services Ltd (KISL) on Wednesday said it had bagged a Rs 370-crore order from the Commissionerate of Social Welfare, Pune, for mechanised housekeeping and outsourced manpower services across a wide network of welfare institutions. The five-year mandate would provide these services across hostels, residential schools, welfare homes, training institutes, and administrative facilities across Maharashtra, the company said. Thousands of students, senior citizens, and vulnerable communities depend on public services for education, care, and shelter, the company said.

Swiggy has once again raised its platform fee, pushing it to ₹15 per order — the third hike in less than a month. The latest increase follows a brief spike to ₹14 on Independence Day before the levy was rolled back to ₹12.

Poly Medicure Ltd (Polymed), India’s leading medical devices company, has announced the acquisition of a 90 per cent stake in Netherlands-based PendraCare Group from Wellinq Holdings BV at an enterprise value of ₹188.5 crore (€18.3 million). The deal, which includes PendraCare Holdings and Wellinq Medical, gives Polymed an immediate foothold in advanced cardiology consumables and access to some of the world’s most regulated markets, including Europe and the US, the medical device-maker said in a statement.



Spinaroo Commercial Limited has been registered as a seller on Amazon (seller ID: A5QSIOYLCT5EL) and is working towards getting registered on other e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. The platform fee is charged over and above delivery charges, GST and restaurant commissions, and is now an important revenue lever for both Swiggy and rival Zomato.
