The board of Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has approved a proposal to issue 10.58 lakh warrants at a price of Rs 567 per warrant, aggregating to Rs 59.99 crore.
Each warrant is convertible into one fully paid-up equity share of the company with a face value of ₹1 each, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on Friday.
