Bengaluru-headquartered A-One Steels India Limited (ASIL) will open its initial public offering for public subscription on September 24, 2026, with the bidding window closing on September 28. Anchor investor allocation is scheduled for September 23. The company aims to list on both BSE and NSE.
The price band has been set at ₹385–₹405 per share, with a minimum bid lot of 37 equity shares. The total offer size comprises a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to ₹35,500 lakhs and an offer for sale of up to ₹5,000 lakhs by promoters Sandeep Kumar, Sunil Jallan, and Krishan Kumar Jalan. PL Capital Markets and Khambatta Securities are the book running lead managers, with Bigshare Services as registrar.
ASIL intends to deploy ₹25,000 lakhs of the net proceeds toward repaying outstanding borrowings, with the remainder earmarked for general corporate purposes and offer expenses.
The company operates six manufacturing units across Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh, with an aggregate installed capacity of 17,33,100 MTPA, producing long steel, flat steel, and industrial products including TMT bars, HR coils, sponge iron, and galvanized pipes.
Financially, ASIL reported revenue from operations of ₹4,14,856.74 lakhs in FY2026, up from ₹3,54,178.09 lakhs in FY2025. Profit after tax surged to ₹12,740.82 lakhs in FY2026, sharply higher than ₹771.05 lakhs the previous year. The company met 83.20 per cent of its power needs through renewable energy in FY2026.
