Several Companies on Saturday filed regulatory clarification with the stock exchanges asserting that the recent media reports about a United States regulator seeking to serve legal summons on senior group executives do not involve the companies themselves and do not trigger any mandatory disclosures under the securities law.
“There are no allegations made against the Company in, and the Company is not party to, these proceedings,” the filings by Adani Enterprises, Adani Ports and SEZ, Adani Total Gas and Adani Energy stated. The companies pointed to their earlier response dated November 21, 2024, and reaffirmed the same position in fresh filings.
The companies added that the matter does not require any disclosure under SEBI rules, and no additional information needs to be reported.
