Adisoft Tech net profit up 79% on robust demand

, an industrial digital automation company specialising in automated assembly lines and robotic work cells, has reported that its net profit in the second half of this fiscal was up 79 per cent at ₹17 crore.

Its income increased 47 per cent to ₹120 crore.

As an SME exchange listed company, it is mandated to release results only twice a year.

EBITDA was up 77 per cent at ₹25 crore.

Ajay Chandrashekhar Prabhu, Chairman and Managing Director, Adisoft Technologies, said manufacturing companies across industries are increasingly investing in smart factories, robotics integration, process automation, warehouse automation, and Industry 4.0-driven efficiencies to enhance productivity, quality and operational reliability, he said.

With integrated capabilities spanning automated assembly lines, robotic work cells, material handling systems, and customised automation solutions, Adisoft is strategically positioned to benefit from these structural industry tailwinds, he said.



The company continues to witness healthy customer enquiries and rising adoption of automation-led manufacturing solutions across industries, he added.

The company’s growth will be supported by the upcoming manufacturing facility in Pune, expanding engineering strengths and continued focus on innovation-driven execution, said Prabhu.

Shares of the company were up 9 per cent at ₹211 at 12.05 pm on Friday.
