Amber Enterprises’ material subsidiary, IL JIN Electronics (India) Private Limited, has incorporated a new joint venture focused on medical, defence and aerospace electronics, marking its entry into higher-value segments.
Amber Enterprises told the stock exchange that IL JIN has partnered with Mumbai-based Singularity Des Electronics Private Limited to incorporate ILJIN Technologies Private Ltd on June 4, 2026. The new entity will operate as a dedicated platform for electronics manufacturing in the medical, defence and aerospace sectors.
Under the arrangement, IL JIN will hold a 60 per cent stake in ILJIN Technologies through 6,00,000 equity shares, while Singularity will own the remaining 40 per cent stake. IL JIN will infuse subscription money of ₹60 lakh, whereas Singularity will invest ₹40 lakh.
The company said ILJIN Technologies will become a subsidiary of IL JIN and consequently a step-down subsidiary of Amber Enterprises.
Amber said the move is aimed at building a strategic portfolio in medical, defence and aerospace electronics as part of a deliberate expansion into higher-value businesses.
The company disclosed the development under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
