ArisUnitern RE Solutions Private Limited, a subsidiary of BSE and NSE-listed ArisInfra Solutions Limited, has been appointed as the strategic business development and land advisory partner by The Address Maker Group, a Bengaluru-based real estate developer, to support its expansion across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and Bengaluru.
The appointment gives Unitern end-to-end responsibility across the land transaction lifecycle. This includes opportunity identification, micro-market assessment, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation, and execution of definitive agreements in both cities.
The mandate covers a wide range of deal structures — outright land acquisitions, Joint Development Agreements, Joint Ventures, and redevelopment opportunities such as housing society, MHADA, and SRA schemes in Mumbai. Product types span plots, villas, apartments, row houses, and Development Management deals, sourced through both off-market and brokered channels.
The Address Maker Group has delivered over 7 million square feet of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects in Bengaluru and recently entered Mumbai with a project at Shivaji Park. Khushru Jijina, Chairman of the group, said the partnership was intended to add institutional-grade business development capacity to complement its in-house team.
Unitern positions itself as a Developer-as-a-Service platform built around three pillars — Money, Material, and Management — covering the full development cycle from legal and design through to sales, collections, and handover.
ArisInfra Solutions, the listed parent, stock was down 1.24 per cent at ₹131.93 on Tuesday afternoon, against a previous close of ₹133.59. The company, which listed on June 25, 2025, carries a market capitalisation of approximately ₹1,079 crore and trades at a price-to-earnings ratio of 28.65. The stock has gained 27.44 per cent over the past month but remains below its 52-week high of ₹208.50 hit on listing day.
