Bajaj Finserv Q4 net profit grows 5% to ₹2,539 cr

Financial services company Bajaj Finserv on Thursday reported a 5 per cent increase in its consolidated net profit to ₹2,539 crore for the March quarter.

The company posted a net profit of ₹2,417 crore in the year-ago period.

Its total revenues rose 5.7 per cent to ₹38,508 crore during the quarter from ₹36,434 crore in Q4 FY25, Bajaj Finserv said in a regulatory filing.

The company’s board has recommended a dividend of ₹1.50 for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This includes a special payout of ₹0.20 to celebrate 100 years of the Bajaj Group.

The total dividend outgo stood at ₹240 crore, way higher than ₹160 crore in the preceding year.

For the full financial year ended March 31, 2026, the company reported a 10.5 per cent rise in net profit to ₹9,801 crore from ₹8,872 crore in FY25. Its total revenues grew 13.2 per cent to ₹1,50,530 crore in FY26 from ₹1,32,944 crore in the previous fiscal.



Bajaj Finserv posted assets under management of ₹7,05,800 crore at the end of March 2026.

Meanwhile, the financial services firm said it completed the acquisition of Allianz’s 26 per cent stake, achieving 100 per cent ownership of both its insurance subsidiaries -Bajaj General and Bajaj Life.

Shares of the company settled 1.27 per cent lower at ₹1,746.20 on the BSE.
