Brigade Enterprises Q4 PAT falls 24% YoY despite strong sales momentum

– based real estate player posted a dip in its profit after tax (PAT) for the fourth quarter of FY26 at ₹190 crore as compared to ₹249 crore, down by 23.6 per cent year-on-year (y-o-y).

The revenues stood at ₹1,523 crore for the quarter under review.

The company recorded sales value of ₹2,521 crore for Q4 FY26. Brigade launched 4 Mn sft across seven projects during the last quarter of FY26.

Segment split

The real estate business posted a pre-sales of 6.13 mn sft, a value of ₹ 7,424 crore. The segment clocked a revenue of ₹ 4,002 crore, up by 11 per cent over FY25.

Leasing grew at 12 per cent in revenue, from ₹ 1,165 crore in FY25 to ₹ 1,303 crore in FY26. The company’s Hospitality portfolio occupancy stood at 76 per cent for the financial year. ARR stood at ₹ 7,453, an increase of 11 per cent during FY26. Revenue grew to ₹ 604 crore in FY26, up 13 per cent.

Commenting on the quarter, Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director, Brigade Enterprises Ltd, said “We recorded our strongest quarter of FY26, with pre‑sales of ₹2,521 crore, a 44 per cent sequential increase, driven by strong new‑launch absorption and disciplined pricing.”
