Adani Enterprises said it has agreed to pay $275 million to settle allegations related to US sanctions violations involving Iran-linked LPG shipments. The U.S. Treasury’s OFAC noted “extensive cooperation” from the group and said Adani made proactive disclosures. The settlement does not amount to a finding of guilt or wrongdoing and closes all related liabilities.

JSW Cement postpones board meeting to approve March quarter results

JSW Cement has adjourned its board meeting scheduled for Monday, citing “paucity of time”. The company will now meet on May 21, 2026, to consider and approve audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, it said in a regulatory filing.

Captain Polyplast wins Rs 11.80 crore MSEDCL solar pump order under PM Kusum scheme

Captain Polyplast has secured an Rs 11.80 crore order from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company (MSEDCL) for 500 off-grid solar photovoltaic water pumping systems. The project under the PM Kusum scheme includes supply, installation, commissioning and five-year maintenance, to be completed within 60 days.

Kotak Alternate invests Rs 20 crore in Cellogen Therapeutics

Kotak Alternate Asset Managers has invested Rs 20 crore in Natco Pharma-backed Cellogen Therapeutics via its Life Sciences Fund I. The investment will support CAR-T clinical programmes, expansion of gene therapy pipeline and strengthening of manufacturing capabilities, the company said.

Vascon Engineers has received a Letter of Intent from Reliance Industries for construction of four G+12 buildings at the RG Expansion project in Jamnagar. The Rs 131.58 crore BOQ-based contract is to be completed within 19 months.



Veerhealth Care secures Rs 2.45 crore repeat FMCG order for face care products

Veerhealth Care has received a repeat order worth Rs 2.45 crore from a leading FMCG company for face care products. The order is to be executed within 45 days, the company said in a filing.
