Godrej Consumer Q4 net profit rises 10% to ₹452 crore; FY26 revenue tops ₹15,000 crore

(GCPL) on Wednesday reported a 9.7 per cent rise in consolidated net profit to ₹451.8 crore for the quarter ended March 2026 (Q4 FY26), while revenue from operations increased 11 per cent to ₹3,900.4 crore. The FMCG maker’s full-year FY26 revenue from operations also crossed the ₹15,000-crore mark, rising 8.4 per cent to ₹15,177.9 crore.

Profit before tax for Q4 FY26 rose 1.9 per cent to ₹651.5 crore from ₹639.4 crore in the year-ago quarter. For the full year FY26, consolidated net profit remained largely flat at ₹1,861.5 crore compared with ₹1,852.3 crore in FY25, while profit before tax declined 3.1 per cent to ₹2,590.2 crore from ₹2,671.9 crore.

“The strength of our standalone business and improving momentum across key international markets give us confidence going into FY27,” the company said in its earnings commentary.

The company said FY26 earnings were impacted by exceptional items including restructuring costs, litigation-related expenses linked to Strength of Nature in the US, labour-code provisions and acquisition-related charges.

India revenue for FY26 increased 7.9 per cent to ₹9,474.1 crore from ₹8,779.1 crore in FY25, while Africa revenue rose 23.1 per cent to ₹3,154.5 crore from ₹2,561.7 crore. Indonesia revenue, however, declined 2.5 per cent to ₹1,822.6 crore from ₹1,868.6 crore.

The board also declared an interim dividend of ₹5 per share for FY27 and approved the reappointment of Sudhir Sitapati as Managing Director & CEO for another five-year term beginning October 2026.
