GV Research Platform (GVRP) , a Hyderabad-based research organisation and Bengaluru – based Steps Biosciences have jointly set up a Center of Excellence (CoE) for formulations R&D, GSRC, in Bengaluru.
Located within the 1BLR life sciences cluster Lifescapes in Bengaluru, the facility is a dedicated Centre of Excellence for formulations research and development. GSRC represents GVRP’s expansion into high-complexity formulations, an area increasingly central to the global drug development pipeline and further cements Bengaluru’s emergence as a premier destination for life sciences innovation.
Purpose-built to address the most demanding formulation challenges, GSRC integrates advanced scientific infrastructure with specialised workflows to support complex drug delivery systems, sterile injectables, and differentiated dosage forms.
“The launch of GSRC reflects a broader industry shift: as drug pipelines grow in complexity and the demand for precision therapeutics intensifies, the need for dedicated, high-calibre formulation infrastructure has never been greater.
