HD Fire Protect to raise ₹712 crore via IPO

HD Fire Protect has fixed a price band of ₹258- 271 per equity share for its proposed initial public offering (IPO), which will open for subscription on October 13 (Tuesday).

The company plans to raise ₹712 crore through an offer for sale (OFS). Investors can bid for a minimum of 55 equity shares and in multiples of 55 shares thereafter.

The OFS consists of 2.63 crore equity shares offered by the promoters, including 89.84 lakh shares by Harish Narshi Dharamshi and 1.74 crore shares by Kusum Harish Dharamshi. There is no fresh issue component in the offer.

A discount of ₹25 per equity share is being offered to eligible employees bidding in the employee reservation portion.

The company supplies its products to Saudi Aramco. It produces fire suppression equipment and has two manufacturing facilities and eight product categories across Thane and Jalgaon, with a total export footprint exceeding 90 countries.

It offers water, foam and gas-based fire suppression systems in domestic and international markets, which contributed 65 per cent and 35 per cent of revenue from operations in FY26.



HD Fire Protect reported a 6 per cent year-on-year growth in profit to ₹117 crore for the year ended March 2026, while revenue grew 13 per cent to Rs 489 crore. Profit in the June quarter quarter stood at ₹24 crore, while revenue was ₹109 crore.

The company has appointed Ambit, Anand Rathi Advisors and IIFL Capital Services as the book-running lead managers for the IPO.
