Hundia Infosolutions, the company behind homegrown technology brand EVM, targets newly launched gaming and performance peripherals brand, KARNAGE to contribute 20 per cent overall revenue by FY’29.
The company expects the brand to scale meaningfully from FY27 as the product portfolio widens into a broader performance ecosystem.
The company has invested over ₹2.5 crore in the new brand so far, covering product development, brand identity, packaging, initial inventory and retail and marketplace readiness.
Kunal Hundia, Managing Director, EVM India said the investment outlay was only an initial tranche, with further investment planned in product expansion, marketing and community-led campaigns as the brand scales.
KARNAGE’s first phase of products includes keyboards, mice, headsets and mousepads, targeted primarily at gamers but also pitched to creators, developers, designers and office users looking to upgrade from basic accessories.
The launch comes as HIPL’s broader business continues to expand. Taking FY24 as the base year, the company expects overall revenue to grow at a compound annual rate of around 35 per cent through FY28, a trajectory Hundia said supports investment in newer categories such as gaming and networking, alongside the company’s established peripherals and storage business.
EVM, HIPL’s flagship brand, has in recent years expanded from its original storage and memory focus into IT peripherals, mobile accessories, motherboards and networking products.
