Mindspace Business Parks REIT has raised ₹500 crore through a 10-year non-convertible debenture issuance, fully subscribed by a leading Indian life insurer.
The bonds carry a 7.63 per cent annual coupon with AAA/Stable ratings from Crisil and ICRA.
Proceeds will primarily refinance existing debt, supporting stable, long-term financial planning.
The move aligns with the REIT’s strategy to lock in fixed rates, reduce exposure to interest volatility and broaden its investor base.
CEO Ramesh Nair highlighted investor confidence, while CFO Preeti Chheda emphasised improved cash flow stability. Total capital raised by Mindspace REIT now stands at approximately ₹16,400 crore.
