MRPL Q4 net falls 67% to ₹119 crore

Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) recorded a net profit of ₹119 crore in the fourth quarter of 2025-26 against a net profit of ₹363 crore in the corresponding period of 2024-25, registering a decline of 67.21 per cent.

Company’s revenue from exports declined during the quarter. The company earned a revenue of ₹7,252 crore from exports during Q4 2025-26 as against ₹11,378 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.

Total revenue from operations (including exports) stood at ₹28,493 crore during Q4 2025-26 (₹27,602 crore in Q4 2024-25).

Total throughput of the refinery stood at 4.35 million tonnes (mt) in fourth quarter of 2025-26 as against 4.84 mt in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.

The company informed the stock exchanges on Friday that the net profit of the company stood at ₹1,931 crore during 2025-26 against ₹51 crore in 2024-25.

During FY2025-26, revenue from operations stood at ₹1,05,155 crore (₹1,09,280 crore). Of this, the share of exports stood at ₹29,880 crore (₹36,466 crore).



Gross refining margin (GRM) of the company stood $9.22 a barrel in 2025-26 against $4.45 a barrel in 2024-25.

Total throughput of the refinery was at 17 mt in 2025-26 as against 18.18 mt in 2024-25.
