Natco Pharma’s Q4 net down 34% at ₹269 cr

consolidated net profit declined 34 percent at ₹269 crore in the fourth quarter of last financial year ended March 31, 2026 compared to ₹406 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year. 

The total revenue of the Hyderabad – based company too declined 36.5 percent at ₹816 crore against ₹1287 crore in the year ago period. 

For the quarter, revenue from the associate company Adcock Ingram Holdings, South Africa was at ₹1,208 crore and net profit was at ₹102 crore. Nactco’s share of profit based on the current holding stood at ₹35.7 crore

For the full year Fy26, revenue decreased to ₹4,376 crore ( ₹4,784 crore) while the net dropped to ₹1,418 crore as against ₹1,883 crore in the previous year.

Dip in revenue

The dip in revenue and net profit was driven by iprice erosion in some of the export products and normalised revenue against strong growth in previous year. 

Net profit for the quarter and financial year included a one-time benefit of ₹115 crore as the company has elected to move to the new tax regime from FY26-27 and has re-measured its deferred tax assets on MAT credit and other deferred tax assets/liabilities, according to a release.



Natco Pharma’s scrip declined 13.51 percent on the Bombay Stock Exchange on Friday to end at ₹1016.75.
