OnCare opens cancer care centre in Bengaluru

OnCare, a renowned affordable cancer centre, has established a new treatment centre in Bengaluru and plans to open about 100 centres across the country over the next five years with an investment of ₹15 crore.

The centre will offer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, oncology consultations, treatment planning, supportive care services, and patient navigation programs.

Patients will be able to access treatment in a dedicated oncology setting designed specifically around their needs.

As cancer incidence continues to rise across India, innovative care delivery models will play an increasingly important role in ensuring timely diagnosis, treatment, and support.

The expansion comes after the company’s successful operations in Delhi NCR, where OnCare has built a reputation for delivering comprehensive oncology services through a model focused on convenience, affordability, clinical excellence, and patient experience.

While medical advancements have significantly improved outcomes, access to quality cancer care remains uneven, often forcing patients to travel long distances, endure crowded hospital settings, and bear substantial financial and emotional burdens.

Deepak Kumar, Founder of OnCare said cancer treatment is already physically and emotionally demanding and healthcare system should not make it harder.

“We built OnCare to offer expert-led, compassionate, and accessible care that puts patients and families first,” he said.

The newly launched Bengaluru centre aims to address a growing need for specialised cancer care in the city and surrounding regions. Karnataka reports a steadily increasing cancer burden, and demand for timely, high-quality oncology services continues to rise.

With its expansion into Bengaluru, OnCare hopes to contribute meaningfully to this effort and help redefine how cancer care is delivered in the country.
