Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has posted a 10-fold jump in consolidated net profit to ₹250.1 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 driven by higher income.
Its net profit stood at ₹25 crore in the year-ago period.
Total income also more than doubled to ₹4,143.5 crore during the January-March quarter of 2025-26 fiscal from ₹1,589.3 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year, according to a regulatory filing on Thursday.
During the 2025-26 fiscal year, the company’s net profit jumped over two times to ₹1,195.5 crore from ₹467.5 crore in the preceding year.
Total income rose to ₹13,195.5 crore last fiscal from ₹7,735.5 crore during 2024-25.
Prestige group Chairman and Managing Director Irfan Razack said: “FY26 has been a landmark year for Prestige, marked by our highest-ever sales and collections alongside strong growth in revenue and profitability. These results reflect the strength of our brand, the trust of our customers, and our ability to execute consistently across markets and asset classes.” He noted that the company continues to witness encouraging demand across its residential business while simultaneously expanding footprint across commercial, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.
“Our operational performance during the last fiscal year gives us confidence as we move into the next phase of growth with a robust launch pipeline across key geographies. Backed by strong fundamentals, disciplined execution, and a diversified development portfolio, we remain focused on creating long-term value for all stakeholders,” Razack said.
The company’s sales bookings stood at a record ₹30,024 crore in the 2025-26 fiscal, up 76 per cent from the preceding year.
Meanwhile, the board recommended payment of final dividend at 20 per cent (₹2 per share) on the equity shares of the company for the year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval of shareholders.
It also approved issuance of non-convertible debentures for an aggregate amount up to ₹2,000 crore on private placement basis subject to approval of shareholders.
