Radico Khaitan posts record Q3 results with 62% jump in profit

reported its strongest-ever quarterly performance for Q3 FY26, with total comprehensive net income surging 61.6 per cent year-on-year to ₹153.7 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The spirits manufacturer announced these results today in New Delhi.

The company’s net sales rose 19.5 per cent to ₹1,546.7 crore, while EBITDA jumped 44.9 per cent to ₹265.4 crore, expanding margins to 17.2 per cent from 14.2 per cent in the same quarter last year. Total IMFL volume grew 16.7 per cent to 9.75 million cases, driven by strong demand in the festive season.

Prestige and Above brands, which now account for 73.6 per cent of total IMFL sales value, grew 29.4 per cent to ₹838.3 crore. Volume in this premium segment increased 25.9 per cent to 4.62 million cases, reflecting the ongoing premiumisation trend in India’s spirits market.

For the nine-month period, the company posted comprehensive income of ₹423.8 crore, up 67.6 per cent year-on-year, on revenues of ₹4,546.7 crore.

Chairman Dr Lalit Khaitan attributed the performance to favorable consumer trends, premium portfolio positioning, and stable raw material costs. Managing Director Abhishek Khaitan highlighted the company’s recent luxury launches, including Rampur 1943 Virasat Indian Single Malt, and growing presence in the on-trade channel.

Radico Khaitan, established in 1943, operates distilleries in Rampur, Sitapur and Aurangabad, with brands available in over 100 countries.



The shares of Radico Khaitan Limited ended on the today at ₹2,997, up by ₹164.60 or 5.81 per cent.
