Raymond Lifestyle Q3 net profit declines to ₹42.86 crore, names new CFO

Limited reported a fall in net profit to ₹42.86 crore during the third quarter ended December 31, 2025, from the ₹64.17 crore posted during the same period last year. Consolidated EBITDA rose 23 per cent year-on-year to ₹271 crore. The company has appointed Prasad Ellatch Chathuar as Chief Financial Officer.

Total income for the quarter rose 5 per cent to ₹1,883 crore compared to ₹1,796 crore in the same period last year, driven by robust domestic consumption. EBITDA margin improved to 14.4 per cent from 12.3 per cent. The profit decline was attributed to exceptional items totalling ₹56.82 crore, primarily from the statutory impact of new labour codes.

The company’s branded textile segment led the growth with an 11 per cent revenue increase to ₹951 crore, supported by higher wedding dates and increased consumer awareness. EBITDA in this segment jumped 35 per cent to ₹207 crore with margins expanding to 21.8 per cent.

The branded apparel segment posted 5 per cent revenue growth to ₹482 crore, though EBITDA margins compressed to 7.3 per cent due to increased marketing spend and underperformance of stores opened in the last 12 months. The company’s store count stood at 1,675 at quarter-end.

International operations faced headwinds, with the garmenting segment reporting a 17 per cent revenue decline to ₹258 crore due to uncertainty around . . This segment’s EBITDA margin fell to 4.2 per cent from 7.8 per cent in the year-ago period.

Executive Chairman Gautam Hari Singhania attributed the performance to domestic market strength, which offset global economic challenges. The company maintained a net debt position of ₹15 crore for the quarter.



Chathuar, who joins from Bajaj Electricals Limited, brings 28 years of consumer industry experience. He replaces Vishal Raigagla, who had served as interim CFO since October 2025.

The shares of Raymond Lifestyle Limited were trading at ₹915.50 up by ₹4.70 or 0.52 per cent on the today at noon.
