Remsons Industries net profit up 5 times in Q4 on robust demand

, a leading automotive OEM components manufacturer, reported that its net profit in the March quarter was up five times at ₹5 crore against ₹1 crore logged in the same period last year.

Revenue was up at ₹130 crore (₹106 crore). EBITDA was flat at ₹11 crore.

Remsons Automotive (UK) has secured ₹300 crore, 7-year order from Stellantis NV for the supply of control cables — one of the largest in the company’s history. Deliveries are set to begin in FY27.

BEE Lighting has secured a significant ₹12 crore order from a Global Multinational OEM for the design and development of exterior vehicle lighting.

The company has also received orders worth ₹60 crore for supply of Gear Shifter with Push Pull Cables for five years to a leading Commercial Vehicle Indian OEM.

Remsons has secured an order for Hood Rods from a global OEM, adding a new product to its portfolio. This also opens up future business from multiple global OEMs.



The company has inaugurated a 30,000 sqft modern manufacturing facility in Chakan, Pune, for locomotive and Defence applications, featuring advanced engineering, assembly systems, and quality controls.

It has identified an additional 20,000 sqft of property in the National Capital Region to bolster manufacturing capacity — supporting the vision to reach ₹900-1,000 crore revenue by 2030.
