Indus Towers Limited has incorporated two new step-down subsidiaries in Nigeria and Zambia. Indus Towers Management FZE incorporated Indus Towers Nigeria Ltd, and Indus Towers Investment FZE launched Indus Towers Infra Zambia Limited.

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has achieved yet another significant milestone in its ‘Make in India’ initiatives for the rail transportation sector by commencing the supply of underslung traction transformers for the prestigious Vande Bharat Sleeper Train project being executed by a BHEL-led consortium with TRSL. This development further strengthens BHEL’s strategic entry into the semi-high-speed propulsion segment, with an operational speed of up to 160 kmph and design speed of 180 kmph.

NBCC (India) Ltd has bagged a work order worth ₹55.02 crore from Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) as a project management consultancy. The contract involves planning, designing, executing, and handing over of IOB’s new regional office in Raipur.

NTPC Renewable Energy, a step-down subsidiary of NTPC through NTPC Green Energy, has begun commercial power supply of three hundred megawatts from its five-hundred-megawatt Bhadla Solar PV project in Rajasthan, marking another step in the state-owned utility’s clean energy expansion. Highway Infrastructure Ltd has received the formal acceptance letter for its major infrastructure development contract, valued at ₹69.69 crore, from the Indore Development Authority (IDA).

Pace Digitek Limited, a leading provider of integrated power and passive telecom infrastructure solutions, has secured a significant domestic order valued at ₹375.75 crore from Bondada Engineering Limited for the development of solar infrastructure. Under the terms of the agreement, Pace Digitek will carry out Balance of System (BOS) works for a 300 MW AC solar power project. The scope of work encompasses comprehensive engineering and design, end-to-end EPC services, and operations and maintenance support.



HBL Engineering Limited, formerly HBL Power Systems Ltd, in a stock exchange update, informed that it did not secure the CLW Kavach locomotive tender for 6,300 units due to competitive pricing. The company, in an earlier communication, said it had a demand of 18,429 units, which has now been reduced to 12,129 units. The company, however, maintained strong revenue projections of ₹1,900 crores for FY2027 for the Kavach business, comprising ₹1,000 crores from locomotive units and ₹900 crores from the station business.

Transrail Lighting informed the exchanges that it has secured new orders aggregating to Rs 527 crore. Krystal Integrated Services Ltd, a leading provider of integrated facility management solutions, has secured three major municipal solid waste management contracts from the Vasai-Virar City Municipal Corporation (VVCMC), with a combined contract value of approximately 275 crore over a five-year period, with an additional three-month preparatory phase. The mandates cover end-to-end municipal sanitation services in accordance with the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016.

BR Goyal Infrastructure has received a work order from the National Highways Authority of India for the engagement of a user fee collection agency on the basis of competitive bidding through e-tender for Simliya Fee Plaza at km 409.680 and Fatehpur Fee Plaza at km 461 .290 for Kota Baran Section from km 388.263 to km 492.322 of NH-76 in the State of Rajasthan. The accepted value of the said work order is Rs. 86.70 crore.
