Surat-based , a Mumbai-based formulations company. A provider of custom synthesis and specialty chemicals Anupam Rasayan said in a statement it was picking up 43.3-48.2 per cent equity stake, followed by an open offer to the public shareholders of Bliss GVS Pharma Limited, at a reported cost of ₹1,360-plus crore. The company plans to acquire shares at Rs 299 per share. The acquisition will be funded through a Rs 300 crore term loan, with the remaining amount financed via a non-controlling, non-voting equity instrument.

The United States Food and Drug Administration (US FDA) inspected Unit-I, a Formulation manufacturing facility, of Eugia Pharma Specialities Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Aurobindo Pharma Ltd, Kolthur Village, Shameerpet Mandal, Ranga Reddy, Telangana, from February 16 to February 27. The inspection had concluded with 4 observations. FDA has now determined that the inspection classification of this facility is “official action indicated”.

The offer for sale of Central Bank of India shares is open today for retail investors. NBCC (India) Ltd has announced the acquisition of two distinct domestic work orders aggregating to an approximate value of Rs. 42.55 crore (excluding Goods and Services Tax). The first component of the regulatory disclosure outlines an institutional project awarded by the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti. Valued at an estimated Rs. 6.92 crore (excluding GST). The second and larger share of the aggregated amount resides in a commercial development contract awarded by Indian Bank. With an approximate execution value of Rs. 35.63 crore (excluding GST), NBCC will head the construction of dedicated office premises for Indian Bank located at Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh.



Rail Vikas Nigam Limited informed exchanges that it has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from NMDC Limited for development of railway infrastructure near Padapur Village for capacity expansion at Bacheli. The total contract value stands at Rs 758.07 crore, including GST at 18 per cent.

Goodluck India Ltd has received an export order from an EPC player in Nepal for the supply of galvanised steel tower structures and fasteners for a 400 kV Double Circuit (D/C) Transmission Line project. The total order quantity is approximately 14,500 MT, with an aggregate contract value of $13.6 million, which is our largest ever order in this division of the business. The scope of the order includes manufacturing, prototype assembly, fabrication, galvanising, bundling, and shipment of galvanised lattice steel towers along with fasteners.
