Auto maker , recorded monthly sales of 473,970 units in April 2026 – a growth of seven per cent as against 443,716 units in the same month last year.
TVS, in a statement, flagged dispatch volumes being impacted by lower production due to supply chain constraints, including workforce availability, raw material and consumable shortages (especially in tier-1 and tier-2 suppliers), and limited container availability for timely international dispatches.
Two-wheelers registered a growth of 6 per cent with sales increasing from 430,150 units in April 2025 to 455,333 units in April 2026, a statement by the auto maker said.
The motorcycle segment registered 200,039 while the scooter segment saw sales of 211,158 units in April 2026.
The company’s three-wheeler segment registered a growth of 37 per cent with sales increasing from 13,566 units in April 2025 to 18,637units in April 2026.
As for Electric Vehicles, registrations saw a robust growth of 36 per cent with sales increasing from 27,684 units in April 2025 to 37,771 units in April 2026.
International Business sales registered a growth of 3 per cent increasing from 116,700 units in April 2025 to 120,008 units in April 2026.
