The US-based Humanscale, a leading designer and manufacturer of high-performance workplace products, has opened its Showroom and Ergonomic Experience Centre of 2,300 sqft in Hyderabad. The launch reinforces the company’s long-term commitment to the Indian market.
It has established the centre through its authorised India Manufacturing and Distribution partner, S Cube Ergonomics (S Cube), a Bengaluru-based firm founded by Sathish Nandagopal, who has played a pivotal role in strengthening Humanscale’s India presence for over a decade.
Ergonomic Designs
Alastair Stubbs, Country Director India, Humanscale said one of the key highlights of the new showroom and ergonomic experience centre, is the ‘eFloat Quattro’, a Four-Leg Sit/Stand Desk that is soon to be launched in India.
‘eFloat Quattro’ is engineered with the modern workplace in mind, creating an environment of effortless movement, ergonomic support and everyday comfort, he added.
Venu Kota, Founder & Director, Atelier V.S. Global Innovations said the showroom and ergonomic experience centre will cater to both B2B and retail customers, with a strong focus on corporate clients besides retail and SME segments.
Future Plans
Sathish Nandagopal, Founder & Director, S Cube Ergonomics said the company has been witnessing growing demand for ergonomic solutions, reflecting increased awareness among both employers and employees about health, posture and workplace wellbeing and organisations are proactively investing in ergonomics as part of their wellness strategies.
“We are aggressively expanding Humanscale India’s design footprint and have already embarked on plans to set up similar exclusive showroom and ergonomic experience centres in Pune, Mumbai and NCR over the next 2-3 years,” he added.
