Wipro Consumer Care Ventures invests in Moi Soi from its Fund II

The venture arm of Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting, Wipro Consumer Care Ventures, has announced an investment in Moi Soi, a premium Pan Asian foods and beverages brand from Ceres Foods Pvt. Ltd. This is a co-investment alongside GVFL and it represents Wipro Consumer Venture’s 16th investment to date. It marks the first investment from its Fund II, which started at ₹250 crore, while Fund I was sized at ₹200 crore.

Founded in 2019, the venture arm backs emerging consumer brands across India and Southeast Asia. Its portfolio includes companies such as Ustraa, The Good Glamm Group-owned MyGlamm, Soulflower, The Baker’s Dozen, and Indonesia-based Youvit. Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting is part of Wipro Enterprises (P) Ltd and is a separate entity from the listed IT company (Wipro Ltd). The parent entity, Wipro Consumer Care, crossed an annual turnover of ₹10,000 crore in FY23 and is showing growth prospects.

Moi Soi was founded in October 2021 and focuses on offering over 32 product portfolios spanning sauces, chilli oils, noodles, rice papers, ready-to-eat curries, and Asian beverages. The brand is available across quick-commerce, D2C, and modern trade through Reliance and DMart in India, and globally in Australia, South Africa, Dubai, and Germany.

Before securing its latest undisclosed first institutional round on May 13, 2026, from Wipro Consumer Care Ventures and GVFL, Moi Soi, which was under Ceres Foods, raised capital through early-stage startup channels, tracking back to an Accelerator/Incubator stage in June 2021. Following this inception phase, the brand secured an Early Stage VC round of $738k in February 2022, which funded its transition into early retail and quick commerce distribution.

Currently, the company delivers to over 2,000 pin codes across 250 cities in India, dispatching over 6 lakh products every month. The brand is creating the new modern Asian foods and beverages category in India. The fresh capital will deepen distribution across modern trade and quick commerce, expand the portfolio with innovative flavours, and build the brand.

Commenting on the investment, Sumit Keshan, Managing Director of Wipro Consumer Ventures, said Moi Soi has built a strong position in the premium, ready-to-cook space demonstrating an impressive ability to scale with a clear focus on authentic, high-quality products in the Asian cuisine segment delivered with convenience and that the company sees a strong potential for scale in this category.

Moi Soi was built to bring that authentic, multi-cuisine experience home. With GVFL and Wipro Consumer Ventures alongside us, we will build the new modern Asian foods and beverages category in India and make Moi Soi a pantry essential in every Indian household, said Deb Mukherjee, Founder of Moi Soi.
