GE Vernova T&D India’s net profit nearly doubled to ₹351.77 crore in the March quarter driven by higher revenues.
Net profit was at ₹186.49 crore in the year-ago period, as per a regulatory filing.
Total income rose to ₹1,674.24 crore during the quarter from ₹1,173.65 crore in the same period a year ago.
During 2025-26, net profit increased to ₹1,233.25 crore from ₹608.33 crore a year earlier.
Total income during FY26 rose to ₹6,297.15 crore from ₹4,354.89 crore in FY25.
The board has recommended a final dividend at the rate of 500 per cent i.e. ₹10 per equity share (face value of ₹2 each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company.
The dividend will be paid/ dispatched within 30 days from the date of the AGM, if approved by shareholders.
