Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd, along with its subsidiaries, has announced the first-to-market launch of Bosutinib Tablets 400mg, a generic equivalent of Bosulif, in the US, expanding its oncology portfolio and reinforcing its commitment to improving patient access to affordable, high-quality medicines. Dr. Reddy’s has collaborated with MSN Laboratories Private Ltd, a leading pharmaceutical company in India, on this product. Dr. Reddy’s holds the exclusive marketing rights for the product in the US. MSN is responsible for the development and manufacturing of the product. Bosutinib Tablets (400mg) was a first-to-file product and is eligible for 180-days of generic drug exclusivity for this strength, in the U.S. The Bosulif brand (400mg) had U.S. sales of approximately $253.8 million for the latest 12-month period ended April 2026, according to IQVIA National Sales Perspectives data.
Aurobindo Pharma USFDA inspection
The United States Food and Drug Administration (US FDA) inspected Eugia Unit-III, a Formulation manufacturing facility, of Eugia Pharma Specialities Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Aurobindo Pharma, situated at Phase-III, TSIIC, EPIP, IDA, Pashamylaram, Patancher, Telangana. The inspection had concluded with 11 observations. The USFDA has now determined that the inspection classification of this facility is “official action indicated” (OAI). The company is committed to maintaining the highest quality manufacturing standards at all of its facilities across the globe, it said.
Ipca Laboratories biologics partnership
Ipca Laboratories has inked an agreement with Mangalore-headquartered Bhami Research Laboratories for access to a biologics delivery platform to develop monoclonal antibodies. The licensing agreement grants Ipca access to BRL’s proprietary high-concentration subcutaneous biologics delivery platform for the development and commercialisation of multiple monoclonal antibody products targeting oncology and inflammatory diseases, a note from the company said.
Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences warrants issue
The Board of Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences has approved the preferential allotment of 77.02 lakh warrants worth Rs 600 crore to the promoter group. The issue price has been fixed at Rs 779 per warrant.
