ITC Hotels’ consolidated net profit rose 36 per cent to ₹182 crore in first quarter of FY 2027 led by revenue growth. The company had made a net profit of ₹133 crore in same period last year.
Revenue from operations grew 15 per cent to ₹936 crore on a year-on-year basis, contributed by an 8 per cent rise in room revenue and 11 per cent growth in food and beverage sales. Management fees during the quarter rose 35 per cent YoY, driven by the strong performance of managed hotels at leisure locations and stabilisation of managed properties commissioned during the previous year.
Earnings before interest tax depreciation and amortisation grew 19 per cent to ₹292 crore, the company said.
also announced acquisition of a 100 per cent stake in Welcomhotel Ahmedabad for an enterprise valuation of ₹155 crore. It currently operates the hotel under an operating services agreement. The acquisition is expected to be completed within the current quarter.
