Power utility CESC Ltd has posted a 19 per cent rise in consolidated net profit to ₹459 crore during the quarter ended March 31, supported by higher income.
It had reported a net profit of ₹386 crore in the year-ago period, the company said in an exchange filing on Wednesday.
During the fourth quarter of FY 2025-26, the company’s total income rose to ₹4,129 crore from ₹4,030 crore a year ago.
Kolkata-based CESC is engaged in the generation, transmission, and distribution of electrical power.
